Accordingly, Favour Boutique does not accept any liability for any loss or damage which may directly or indirectly result from any advice, opinion, information, representation or omission, whether negligent or otherwise, contained on or accessed through our web site.

Local Taxes and Duties
Favour Boutique can not guarantee that local taxes will not be levied and in the event of this happening all charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Shipping and Delivery
Favour Boutique reserves the right to ship by their choice of freight company, and will not be held liable for delays in shipping after goods have left our warehouse.

Shipping time estimates are estimates only and do not represent any form of guarantee whatsoever as the arrival of shipped goods.

New Zealand Delivery
Two working days delivery to most New Zealand destinations for orders with payment received before 12 noon on weekdays

International Delivery
At this time Favour Boutique does not deliver to international destinations, however Fouvour Boutique does intend to in the future. Please email info@favourboutique.co.nz for overseas inquires.

Favour Boutique Returns Policy
We are happy to exchange goods so long as you get the original products back to us in new condition within one month from the date of original purchase. When returning items please follow our Returns Process as outlined below:

  1. Favour Boutique New Zealand must receive notification of intention to return goods within two weeks of your order being dispatched from our warehouse. Notification can be sent by email to: info@favourboutique.co.nz
  2. Send goods back to Favour Boutique New Zealand at the following address: Internet Returns, Favour Boutique New Zealand Ltd, First Floor, 3 Basque Road, Eden Terrace, Auckland 1021, New Zealand . Please ensure you include your order ID number and a note specifying the replacement size or colour required.
  3. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the returned items arrive in our warehouse.
  4. Once we receive the goods in saleable condition, we will issue a refund (not including the shipping cost) or send replacement goods as requested. All replacement items are subject to availability and wherever possible we will try to fulfil customer requests, although we cannot guarantee stock availability.
  5. Replacement items will be sent back to the customer at Favour Boutique New Zealand's cost.
  6. If replacement goods are not received within three weeks of confirmation email, it is the customer's responsibility to contact Favour Boutique New Zealand to follow up.
